SiriusXM CEO Meyer Realized Nearly $200 Million

SiriusXM Holdings Inc. announced the retirement of CEO James E. Meyer, effective December 31, 2020. Meyer has been CEO since December 18, 2012. From 2012-2019, Meyer realized $195,742,765 in total compensation.
On December 31, Jennifer C. Witz will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. She currently serves as President, Sales, Marketing and Operations. Across the Equilar 500, Ms. Witz is the seventh woman to be appointed CEO in 2020 and becomes the 37th woman serving as CEO.
Ms. Witz's annual target compensation is as follows:
