Corbat Has Realized More Than $108 Million as Citi CEO, While Jane Fraser Prepares to Become First Woman to Lead Major Bank

Citigroup announced the retirement of Chief Executive Officer Michael Corbat, effective February 2021. Mr. Corbat has been CEO since October 15, 2012. From 2012 to 2019, Mr. Corbat realized $107,313,899 in total compensation.

In February 2021, Jane Fraser will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mrs. Fraser is currently the President of Citigroup and Chief Executive Officer, Global Consumer Banking. Fraser joins a short list of 37 current female CEOs in the Fortune 500, and she will be the first female CEO of a major U.S. bank.
