Danaher CEO Joyce Realized Over $160 Million During Tenure

Danaher Corporation announced the transition of Chief Executive Officer Thomas P. Joyce, Jr. to Senior Advisor, effective September 1, 2020. Mr. Joyce has been CEO since September 9, 2014. From 2014 to 2019, Mr. Joyce realized $129,817,316 in total compensation as CEO. Since 2007, Mr. Joyce has realized $162,813,330 in total compensation from the company.
On September 1, 2020, Rainer M. Blair will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. He is currently an Executive Vice President at the company.
In connection with his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Blair’s annual base salary will increase to $1,100,000 with an annual target bonus of $2,200,000. Additionally, he will receive equity grants with a target award value of $2,067,000.
