Centene Corporation announced Chief Executive Officer Michael F. Neidorff will retire from the role in 2022. Subsequent to his retirement as CEO, Mr. Neidorff will transition to the role of Executive Chairman. Mr. Neidorff has been CEO of Centene since May 1996. From 2006 to 2020, Mr. Neidorff realized $336,770,941 in total compensation.

The Company has not yet announced a successor for the role of Chief Executive Officer.
