Fidelity National CEO Quirk Made Nearly $120 Million as He Transitions to Board Vice Chair

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. announced the transition of Chief Executive Officer Raymond R. Quirk to Executive Vice Chairman of the Company's board of directors, effective February 1, 2022. Mr. Quirk has been CEO of Fidelity National Financial since December 7, 2013. From 2013 to 2020, Mr. Quirk realized $116,592,133 in total compensation.

On February 1, 2022, Michael J. Nolan will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nolan currently serves as the President of the Company.
