American Airlines Group Inc. announced the transition of Chief Executive Officer William Douglas Parker to Chairman of the Board, effective March 31, 2022. Mr. Parker has been CEO of American Airlines since December 9, 2013. From 2013 to 2020, Mr. Parker realized $173,039,545 in total compensation.

On March 31, 2022, Robert D. Isom Jr. will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Isom currently serves as the President of the Company.
