Johnson & Johnson announced the transition of Chief Executive Officer Alex Gorsky to Executive Chairman, effective January 3, 2022. Mr. Gorsky has been the CEO of Johnson & Johnson since April 26, 2012. From 2012 to 2020, Mr. Gorsky realized $162,800,696 in total compensation. 

On January 3, 2022, Joaquin Duato will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Duato currently serves as the Vice Chairman, Executive Committee of the Company.
