Lincoln National CEO Took Home $185 Million During Tenure

Lincoln National Corporation announced the transition of President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis R. Glass to Chairman of the Board, effective following the Company’s 2022 annual meeting. Mr. Glass has served as CEO of Lincoln National since July 6, 2007. From 2007 to 2020, Mr. Glass realized $185,924,517 in total compensation.
Following the 2022 annual meeting, Ellen G. Cooper will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Cooper currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the Company. Her annual target compensation will be as follows:
