New Intel Chief Executive Gelsinger Realized Over $182 Million at VMware

VMware, Inc. announced the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Patrick P. Gelsinger, effective February 12, 2021. Mr. Gelsinger has served as CEO of VMware since September 1, 2012 and will succeed Bob Swan as CEO of Intel on February 15. From 2012 to 2020, Mr. Gelsinger realized $182,263,178 in total compensation.
On February 12, 2021, Zane C. Rowe will assume the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rowe is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
