Ecolab CEO Baker Made Over $250 Million During Tenure

Ecolab Inc. announced the transition of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Douglas M. Baker, Jr. to Executive Chairman of the Board, effective January 1, 2021. Mr. Baker has been CEO since July 1, 2004. From 2006 to 2019, Mr. Baker realized $250,602,055 in total compensation.

On January 1, 2021, Christophe Beck will assume the role of President and CEO. Currently, Mr. Beck serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
