Discussion Track
After soliciting feedback from clients, we've decided to add a second day of discussion to the Summit. Equilar clients will have exclusive access to industry- and topic-specific roundtables, where they can find answers to their most pressing compensation questions. In the morning, respected exec comp professionals from individual industries will facilitate discussions about the unique challenges of their industry, while in the afternoon, experts in compensation consulting will discuss individual topics of interest. Each roundtable will be three hours long, ensuring that all participants have a chance to interact with their peers and ask questions.
