Biography
Marshall O. Larsen, age 61, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Goodrich Corporation. Mr. Larsen received a B.S. in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy and an M.S. in industrial administration from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University. He joined Goodrich in 1977 as an Operations Analyst. In 1981, he became Director of Planning and Analysis and subsequently Director of Product Marketing. In 1986, he became Assistant to the President and later served as General Manager of several divisions of Goodrich's aerospace business. He was elected a Vice President of Goodrich and named a Group Vice President of Goodrich Aerospace in 1994 and was elected an Executive Vice President of Goodrich and President and Chief Operating Officer of Goodrich Aerospace in 1995. He was elected President and Chief Operating Officer of Goodrich in February 2002, Chief Executive Officer in April 2003 and Chairman in October 2003. Mr. Larsen is a member of the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association, the Business Council, and the Business Roundtable and is a director of Becton, Dickinson & Co. and Lowe's Companies, Inc. He is active in numerous community activities.
