Voya Financial, Inc. announced the transition of Chief Executive Officer Rodney O. Martin Jr. to Executive Chairman of the Board, effective December 31, 2022. Mr. Martin has been CEO of Voya Financial since April 2011. From 2013 to 2021, Mr. Martin realized $100,274,402 in total compensation.

On January 1, 2023, Heather Lavallee will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Lavallee currently serves as President and CEO-elect of the Company.
