REDWOOD CITY, CA (March 18, 2021) — Equilar, the leading provider of corporate leadership data, today announced a new Equilar Diversity Network partnership with Digital Directors Network (DDN). DDN is the only curated network of technology executives, corporate directors and organizations working together to improve systemic risk oversight and digital and cybersecurity risk oversight in the corporate boardroom.

DDN launched its Qualified Technology Expert (QTE) Boardroom Readiness Masterclass for Technology Executives in 2019 and is releasing its next Masterclass this summer for corporate directors to help them develop base competencies in digital and cybersecurity risk oversight, including understanding systemic risk in digital business systems. The DDN programs are the only executive and director development experiences focused on systemic risk and governing the digital business system. They are developed and taught by leading academics and practitioners in corporate governance, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
