FedEx Corporation announced the transition of Chief Executive Officer Frederick W. Smith III to Executive Chairman and Chairman of the board, effective May 31, 2022. Mr. Smith has been CEO of FedEx since January 1998. From 2007 to 2021, Mr. Smith realized $393,813,566 in total compensation.

On June 1, 2022, Rajesh Subramaniam will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Subramaniam currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
