At Equilar, we continuously refine our products to ensure our clients have access to the most comprehensive, accurate, and actionable data and solutions. During the fourth quarter of 2025, our Products team introduced several enhancements to the Equilar Insight platform to improve the client experience. The latest enhancements and updates are summarized below.

Potential Peers Section in Board Brief

To provide users with quick, summarized peer insights, we have updated the Board Brief with a new Potential Peers section. This section highlights companies that may be relevant peers from two perspectives:

• Companies that include the target company in their peer groups
• Companies included in the peer groups of the target company’s peers

ERIC Enhancements

ERIC (Equilar Research Intelligence Copilot) continues to grow as a leading AI-powered disclosure search tool for governance professionals. We are pleased to introduce a series of new enhancements designed to expand functionality and deliver deeper, more actionable insights.

Year-Over-Year Analysis

Users may now compare disclosures from the past three years using the year-over-year analysis mode. This enhancement allows users to track changes over time and gain insight into how peers are evolving their policies and guidelines.

Improved Search Continuity

Introducing a redesigned side-panel layout for cleaner, more intuitive navigation. Users can now revisit any past search in the Recent section to instantly retrieve results from the prior session, without rerunning the search. Results can also be downloaded, making it easier to reference, share or analyze prior findings.
