At Equilar, we continuously refine our products to ensure our clients have access to the most comprehensive, accurate, and actionable data and solutions. During the third quarter of 2025, our Products team introduced a number of enhancements to the Equilar Insight platform to improve the client experience. The latest enhancements and updates are summarized below.

ERIC Source Jump-tos

ERIC (Equilar Research Intelligence Copilot) continues to grow as a revolutionary AI-powered disclosure search tool for governance professionals. We are excited to introduce a new source jump-to feature that allows users to click on any reference in ERIC’s response and instantly navigate to the specific paragraph cited, eliminating the need to scroll though the entire filing.

Peers of Peers Download in Peer Group Dashboard

The highly valued Peers of Peers data from the classic Peer Group Dashboard is now available in this recent update. A dedicated “Peers of Peers” tab has been added to the Excel download, making the data easier to find and analyze.

Updates to Payouts and Weightings

As part of ongoing enhancements to our IPAC tool, we’ve updated the company and executive display logic in the Payouts and Weightings section. Executives without a grant but with forward-looking disclosure will now be displayed within the tool. Additionally, executives without annual metrics data will now appear with a Summary tab only. When a company includes discretionary plan data, it will be shown in the Summary tab under the “Use of Discretion” section.
