What’s New in Equilar Insight: Q2 2025 Feature Highlights

At Equilar, we continuously refine our products to ensure our clients have access to the most comprehensive, accurate and actionable data and solutions. During the second quarter of 2025, our Products team implemented several enhancements to the Equilar Insight platform to improve the client experience. The latest enhancements and updates are summarized below.

ERIC Enhancements

ERIC (Equilar Research Intelligence Copilot) continues to lead as a revolutionary AI search tool, streamlining disclosure analysis and extracting critical insights to give tailored responses. To ensure users receive the most accurate and vetted insights, we have fully integrated product data from the summary compensation table (SCT) into ERIC.

ERIC can now respond to SCT-related questions with enhanced accuracy, leveraging Equilar’s vetted data for a more reliable view of financial disclosures. Additionally, the search feature now includes a real-time progress update that displays company logos and tickers from selected peer groups, giving visibility into which companies are currently being analyzed.

2025 Survey Submission

Insight Data Feed In Snowflake

In response to our growing demand, our Insight Data Feed is now available in Snowflake. The first highlighted feed is Executive Compensation, which delivers over 20 years of insights on CEO and named executive officer (NEO) pay. Users may analyze incentive plan structures and various pay components to uncover what drives executive behavior.

The second feed features Performance Incentive Plan Details, providing insight into how companies structure executive incentives, including metric selection, payout calculations and plan terms. Users may benchmark incentive design, evaluate pay-for-performance alignment and compare practices across industries with this data feed.

The last data feed is Governance, covering compensation discussion and analysis (CD&A), peer group composition, director compensation, shareholder proposals, and consulting engagements. Users can use these insights to support governance advisory, proxy voting strategies or research board practices.

Expanding ERIC With 10-K Exhibits

New Key Takeaways Section in the Board Brief

Our Board Brief delivers in-depth insights to help boards stay informed on trends in executive compensation, annual meeting results, and executive and board transitions. To make it easier for users to quickly grasp high-level insights, we’ve added a “Key Takeaways” section at the top of both the “Peer Updates” and “Board Watch” sections. These summaries highlight major trends, making it easier to scan for important points before diving into the full data.
