Home Depot’s Menear to Transition to Chairman, Realized Nearly $200 Million

The Home Depot, Inc. announced the transition of Chief Executive Officer Craig A. Menear to Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, effective March 1, 2022. Mr. Menear has been CEO of The Home Depot since November 1, 2014. From 2014 to 2020, Mr. Menear realized $193,609,791 in total compensation.

On March 1, 2022, Edward P. Decker will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Decker currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
