P&G’s Taylor Took Home Over $106 Million as CEO

The Procter & Gamble Company  announced the transition of Chief Executive Officer David S. Taylor to Executive Chairman of the Board, effective November 1, 2021. Mr. Taylor has been the CEO of Procter & Gamble since November 1, 2015. From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Taylor realized $106,665,855 in total compensation. 

On November 1, 2021, Jon R. Moeller will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Moeller currently serves as the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. His annual target compensation will be as follows:
