Xcel Energy Inc, announced the transition of Chief Executive Officer Benjamin Fowke to Executive Chairman, effective August 18, 2021. Mr. Fowke has been CEO of Xcel Energy since August 24, 2011. From 2011 to 2020, Mr. Fowkes realized $142,671,837 in total compensation.
