Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. announced the transition of Chief Executive Officer C. Michael Petters to Executive Vice Chairman of the Board, effective March 1, 2022. Mr. Petters has been CEO of Huntington Ingalls Industries since March 31, 2011. From 2011 to 2020, Mr. Petters realized $234,105,831 in total compensation.

On March 1, 2022, Christopher D. Kastner will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kastner currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
