Alignment Score The alignment score is the coefficient of determination, also known as R-squared, of TSR to the PEO’s CAP. The score explains how much variability of the PEO’s CAP is caused by its relation to the company’s TSR. This correlation is represented as a value between 0.0 and 1.0. A value of 1.0 indicates a perfect fit, and is thus highly correlated, while a value of 0.0 would indicate that TSR has no correlation to CAP. |
