Overview

Proxy statements provide important compensation benchmarking data for CEOs, CFOs, and other top executives—but they don't cover the whole picture. Equilar's Top 25 Survey aims to fill the gap with data that helps companies benchmark their Top 25 executives with the certainty of their Top 5. By subscribing to Equilar's survey database, companies can more easily determine compensation for Division Heads, GCs, HR executives, and other key players. You won't find this proprietary survey data anywhere else.

Why Participate in the Survey?

• Two complimentary reports. Each year that you participate, we'll send you two reports of your choice, based on proprietary survey data. Choose from 14 reports organized by overall trends, industry, size, and details like LTIs and perquisites (see a full list below).
• Other top companies are participating. Over 50% of the Fortune 100 and 30% of Fortune 1000 participated in 2010. The 2010 survey includes data from over 540 companies, across a representative sampling of industries in the Fortune 1000. See a complete list, or choose an industry to view companies that participated.
• A trusted source. Equilar is independent and neutral: we don't edit or editorialize when it comes to our results. Each submission will be reviewed by experienced Equilar analysts, and inconsistencies will be investigated and corrected for accuracy.
• Only way to access full survey data. As part of our commitment to data privacy, only survey participants are eligible to access the Top 25 survey database.
