Equilar has arranged for a group block of rooms at a rate of $219 per night with a $10 daily resort charge that covers unlimited local, 800 or 888 calls and in-state credit card calls, high-speed wired internet, use of health club, tennis courts, bicycles, spa facilities (pool, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool), shuttle service to McKinney Roughs for group activities, daily newspaper upon request, as well general maintenance of public areas and self-parking. Hotel cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival date.

Reservations can be made as a part of the conference registration process. Equilar and Hyatt Regency Lost Pines are unable to guarantee the group rate if the reservation is made after the cut-off date of May 24, 2012, or if the room block sells out earlier.
