Equilar and Georgeson Partner on Boardroom Diversity Initiative

NEW YORK AND REDWOOD CITY, CA (February 13, 2018) —Georgeson and Equilar are partnering on a thought leadership series in 2018 to bring more awareness to the critical issues of corporate board composition and diversity.

As part of the agreement, Georgeson joins the KPMG Board Leadership Center and Semler Brossy Consulting Group as a partner on the Equilar Diversity Network (EDN) Advisory Council.

The firm will contribute to the Equilar Board Intelligence newsletter as well as "The Changing Face of America's Boardrooms," a recurring feature in C-Suite magazine, which highlights the contributions of diverse directors who have joined their first-ever boards. Joint thought leadership will also manifest through quarterly webinars as part of the Equilar Executive Network Series, centered on issues related to board composition, refreshment and assessment.
